How much do spring services cost?
Spring yard cleanup runs $30–$60 depending on the size of your property. Overseeding is $40 per 1,000 sq ft for the standard mix, or about $50 for the premium blend, both with a $100 minimum and seed included — roughly $120–$150 for a small lawn and $240–$300 for a standard one. Storm debris is priced by how much there is, from $40 for a quarter truck bed up to $110 for a full one. What's included in spring yard cleanup?
We clear the matted leaves, dead growth, twigs and small branches that pile up over winter, across the lawn and around beds and walkways, and we haul it all away. Nothing is left bagged at your curb for you to deal with.
When is the right time to overseed?
Spring seeding works best once the soil has warmed but before summer heat sets in — roughly April into May around here. Seed put down too early sits in cold ground, and seed put down in June often can't establish before the first dry spell. If you miss the window, dormant seeding in late fall is the other good option, and we offer that too.
How much storm debris will you take?
We price by truck-bed load: a quarter bed is $40, half is $70, and a full bed is $110. More than one load gets quoted on site. We handle branches up to about 4 inches across — we don't cut or remove standing trees, and anything involving a chainsaw at height needs a tree service.
What counts as "after-hours" or rush service?
For fall service, our regular weekday hours are 3:30–9:00 PM — anything before or after that is after-hours. On weekends, after-hours is 4:00–8:00 AM and 5:00 PM–2:00 AM. After-hours and same-day requests carry a +25% fee.
Do you work the other seasons too?
Yes — we run all three seasons. See Fall Services for leaf and storm debris clearing, and Winter Services for snow removal and salt spreading.
Do you offer season-long service?
Yes — choose Season-Long billing on the quote form, just like our winter plans. Exact season pricing depends on visit frequency for your property; we'll confirm it with your quote.
